The Foundation’s day-to-day operations and financial accountability are the responsibility of a full-time manager and office staff.
Shawn Risher, Marketing Director
Shawn Risher is the Marketing Director for Marshall Foundation and Main Gate Square. He is responsible for event coordination, graphic design, sponsorship management, and community outreach. Shawn has been with the Marshall Foundation since the 2022. Prior to living in Tucson, he served in the United States Navy as a Sonar Technician Submarines. Shawn enjoys sports, gaming, and almost any outdoor activity.
Tricia Kinard, Accounting Manager
Tricia Kinard is the Accounting Manager for Marshall Foundation. She joined the Foundation in August 2014. Tricia has worked in the accounting field for 25+ years. She is responsible for the day to day finances such as billing, banking, and payables as well as the financial statements of the Foundation. Tricia is a native of Tucson and enjoys reading and spending time with her daughter.
Robin Feckner, Office Manager and Maintenance Coordinator
Robin Feckner joined Marshall Foundation staff in March of 1997. Robin is the Office Manager and Maintenance Coordinator for the Foundation.
