The Foundation focuses its community giving on early childhood through undergraduate education and supportive wrap-around social services to aid underserved populations in attaining education. We also fund projects, programs and scholarships at the University of Arizona, including post-secondary levels.

Job Posting: Marshall Foundation Executive Director

The Marshall Foundation board is delighted to announce that we have launched a search for our first Executive Director. The board has recently revamped the Foundation’s operating structure, creating this new position. 
 
The Marshall Foundation has been serving the wider Tucson community and the University of Arizona through grantmaking since 1930. It was the first private foundation in Arizona. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has the experience we need, a passion for making a difference in our community, and a vision for leading our Foundation into the future.
