The Foundation’s day-to-day operations and financial accountability are the responsibility of a full-time manager and office staff.
Kelly Huber, Executive Director
Kelly Huber brings with her more than 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. She holds a Master of Science degree in Nonprofit, Public and Organizational Management from the School for International Training, as well as Bachelor’s degrees in Environmental Science and Spanish from the University of Arizona. Since 2023, she is certified as a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP)®.
A Tucson native, Huber has served in various nonprofit leadership roles for two decades. Prior to working at the Marshall Foundation, Huber was a member of senior leadership at the Community Foundation for Southern Arizona for a decade and most recently held the position of Vice President for Philanthropy. She also worked as the Executive Director of the Santa Fe Youth Symphony Association, worked as a math and science teacher, and coordinated public art purchasing for the state of New Mexico.
In her free time, she loves all outdoor activities including hiking, backpacking, camping and spending time with her family including cooking nonstop for her teenage sons.
Tina Olson, RPA, FMA, Principal and Director of Property Management
After a career of progressive promotions at Cushman & Wakefield | Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, where she began in 1994, Tina became a shareholder in 2008, and assumed leadership of the Property Management Division in 2014. In addition to stewardship of C&W | PICOR’s market-leading management team overseeing 2.3 million square feet of commercial space, Tina is responsible for oversight of TMC HealthCare’s real estate holdings and non-acute facilities. Prior to earning shareholder status, Tina received C&W | PICOR ‘s Property Manager of the Year award in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, and received the 2005, 2013 and 2018 Principal Member of the Year Award from Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Greater Tucson, the organization she served as President from 2008 to 2009. Tina received C&W | PICOR’s highest honor, the President’s Award for Excellence, in 2008 and the Tenant Relations Award in 1997 and 2008.
Alexis Ryland, Property Manager
After gaining real estate exposure through roles in lodging and hospitality, residential real estate portfolio management, and office brokerage including sales, tenant and landlord representation, Alexis Ryland knew where she chose to focus her career. A service-oriented, results-focused professional, Alexis joined Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR in 2022 to manage a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. She prides herself in transparency and attentiveness for all stakeholders involved and is known for high energy, dependability, and relationship building.
Tricia Kinard, Accounting Manager
Tricia Kinard is the Accounting Manager for Marshall Foundation. She joined the Foundation in August 2014. Tricia has worked in the accounting field for 35+ years. She is responsible for the day to day finances such as billing, banking, and payables as well as the financial statements of the Foundation. Tricia is a native of Tucson and enjoys reading and spending time with her daughter.
Robin Feckner, Office Manager and Operations Manager
Robin Feckner joined Marshall Foundation staff in January of 1997. Robin is the Operations Manager and Office Manager for the Foundation.
