The Foundation’s day-to-day operations and financial accountability are the responsibility of a full-time manager and office staff.

Following Jane McCollum’s retirement the Foundation’s board of directors hired the Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR property management team of Tina Olson and Tiffany Schurig to serve on a temporary basis while the Foundation undertakes a search for Jane McCollum’s replacement. Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR is the region’s largest team stewarding investment and corporate property in Tucson and Southern Arizona.


Tina Olson, RPA, FMA, Principal and Director of Property Management

After a career of progressive promotions at Cushman & Wakefield | Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR, where she began in 1994, Tina became a shareholder in 2008, and assumed leadership of the Property Management Division in 2014. In addition to stewardship of C&W | PICOR’s market-leading management team overseeing 2.3 million square feet of commercial space, Tina is responsible for oversight of TMC HealthCare’s real estate holdings and non-acute facilities. Prior to earning shareholder status, Tina received C&W | PICOR ‘s Property Manager of the Year award in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, and received the 2005, 2013 and 2018 Principal Member of the Year Award from Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) of Greater Tucson, the organization she served as President from 2008 to 2009. Tina received C&W | PICOR’s highest honor, the President’s Award for Excellence, in 2008 and the Tenant Relations Award in 1997 and 2008.


Tiffany Schurig, Property Manager

A Tucson native and commercial property manager, Tiffany Schurig joined Cushman & Wakefield | PICOR in 2021. She manages a diverse portfolio including retail, healthcare, office and warehouse properties. In her previous role managing multifamily housing, Tiffany worked to achieve and hold 100% occupancy and was recognized many times as a finalist and recipient of industry honors. An eternal optimist, she enjoys crafting and spending time with her family.


Shawn Risher, Marketing Director

Shawn Risher is the Marketing Director for Marshall Foundation and Main Gate Square. He is responsible for event coordination, graphic design, sponsorship management, and community outreach. Shawn has been with the Marshall Foundation since the 2022. Prior to living in Tucson, he served in the United States Navy as a Sonar Technician Submarines. Shawn enjoys sports and outdoor activities.


Tricia Kinard, Accounting Manager

Tricia Kinard is the Accounting Manager for Marshall Foundation. She joined the Foundation in August 2014. Tricia has worked in the accounting field for 25+ years. She is responsible for the day to day finances such as billing, banking, and payables as well as the financial statements of the Foundation. Tricia is a native of Tucson and enjoys reading and spending time with her daughter.


Robin Feckner, Office Manager and Operations Manager

Robin Feckner joined Marshall Foundation staff in January of 1997.  Robin is the Operations Manager and Office Manager for the Foundation.
