The Foundation’s day-to-day operations and financial accountability are the responsibility of a full-time manager and office staff.
Jane McCollum, General Manager
Jane McCollum has served as the General Manager of Marshall Foundation since August 2003. Ms. McCollum oversees the operation of the Foundation and manages its real estate assets. Ms. McCollum has been employed as a commercial real estate property manager since 1984. Ms. McCollum has a B.S. in Journalism from Butler University and an M.S. in Education from National Louis University. She is a past president of Tucson CREW, serves as the chair of Park Tucson, and was named a Woman of Influence in 2012 and the 2015 Honorary Alumnus of the Year by the University of Arizona.
Tricia Kinard, Accounting Manager
Tricia Kinard is the Accounting Manager for Marshall Foundation. She joined the Foundation in August 2014. Tricia has worked in the accounting field for 25+ years. She is responsible for the day to day finances such as billing, banking, and payables as well as the financial statements of the Foundation. Tricia is a native of Tucson and enjoys reading and spending time with her daughter.
Robin Feckner, Office Manager and Maintenance Coordinator
Robin Feckner joined Marshall Foundation staff in March of 1997. Robin is the Office Manager and Maintenance Coordinator for the Foundation.
Kris Siuda, Marketing Coordinator
Kris Siuda has served as Marketing Coordinator for the Marshall Foundation since 2016. He holds a degree in Film and TV Media from Dartmouth College and currently serves on the boards of the Festival and Events Association of Tucson & Southern Arizona (FEATSAZ) and the Southern Arizona Attractions Alliance (SAAA). Kris has over ten years of experience in marketing, project management, and graphic design experience in the public and private sectors.
